Ryan Rana, PhD, LMFT is an ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy Trainer, Supervisor and Therapist in Arkansas. He is the current President and Founder of the Arkansas EFT Center. As a former counseling/marriage and family faculty member did his training in Emotionally Focused Therapy with Dr. Sue Johnson and George Faller.
With years of experience practicing and supervising EFT, Ryan was designated an ICEEFT Certified Trainer by Sue Johnson. Additionally, Ryan and his wife Anne co-founded The Joshua Center in Arkansas, where he has a private practice and is the Executive Director. His clinical practice specializes in work with couples, sexuality, anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and other areas.
He also does EFT intensives with couples and speaks to organizations regularly on topics such as leadership, strategic organizational tactics/crisis, and a myriad of applications of Attachment theory/Bonding Science. Before being a therapist, Ryan was a college athlete (baseball) and served as a pitching coach at the collegiate level. Ryan also spends significant time studying military history and training processes; particularly how it relates to the process of strategies of change and healing in therapy and leadership.
